WhenMachines is written and published by WhenMachines. If something we published is wrong, we want to hear about it and fix it.
What to expect
One inbox handles both corrections and editorial questions, and a person reads it. Use it to flag a factual error, ask how we reached a conclusion, or point out a claim that has aged badly since we published it.
We aim to reply within two business days. Corrections move faster than that: if you show us something is wrong, we verify it against the original source and fix it, rather than quietly editing the text and moving on.
A few things make a correction easy to act on:
- Link to the exact page and quote the line you're questioning.
- Tell us what you believe is correct, and where that comes from.
- Note the date you're writing, since models and products in this niche change quickly.
When we change a published claim, we update the article and say what changed. We don't take pitches, guest posts, or link-placement requests at this address, so those won't get a reply.
How we source, review, and correct our reporting is spelled out in our Editorial Policy.
